Mischa is the child of a wealthy and famous Mischa Barton on the 24th of January in 1986. It was set in Hammersmith England, United Kingdom. After returning to Romania and received a warm welcome, she was one of heroes. Comaneci received two more gold medals during the 1980 Olympics, and she also won two other silvers. Her total Olympic medals now stand at nine. Comaneci was awarded her medals in 1996 after she was elected into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame. In 1999, ABC News and Ladies Home Journal named Comaneci among the top 100 female athletes in the 20th Century. In April of 1996, Comaneci got married to American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they have a son, Dylan Paul. The couple has several business ventures related to gymnastics. One of them is the Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci also participates in a variety of charities as a member of the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, she is still a supporter of numerous charitable organisations in Romania. This includes the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital of Bucharest.
